Shadow Day for ladies

Recently we hosted a Shadow Day for members of the Riga Tech Girls community. It was a one-day event where ladies participated in a Workshop about the Microsoft Azure Cloud with practical tasks and had the opportunity to spend some time with specialists in the field of Packaging, SAP, Storage and Microsoft Operations, to see what their working day looks like and ask all the questions they are interested in.
It was very nice to see such interest and high level of motivation in all participants. We hope that participation in our event was useful for girls and will help in choosing a future profession in the field of IT. And who knows, maybe one of these members will even become our colleague in the future.
